About The Position

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a full-time Care Partner at Gentry Park Orlando in Orlando, Florida. The role provides direct care to residents and assists them with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. The Care Partner maintains proper care records, reports changes in residents’ conditions, and interacts effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. The stated shift is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly pay range is $16.00 to $16.50.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successfully complete training as required by state regulations.
Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
Meet all health requirements and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
