Nurse Staff RN (FT, 90%) Adena Pike Emergency Department
About The Position
The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care. The nurse provides direct patient care as the primary caregiver and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role involves access to confidential patient information and independent decision-making as well as decision-making in collaboration with others. The position is in the Adena Pike Emergency Department and works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. This is a full-time position at 90%, scheduled for three 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and a holiday rotation. Hourly pay is based on years of nursing experience and education.
