About The Position

The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plans of care. The nurse creates an atmosphere that supports Adena Health’s vision of being the region’s most trusted partner in healthcare. As the primary caregiver, the nurse provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, physicians, and patients and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role involves access to confidential patient information and independent decision-making, as well as decision-making in collaboration with others. The position is in Medical Surgical at Adena Greenfield and works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.

This is a full-time role with three 12-hour night shifts and an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. The hourly rate is based on years of nursing experience and education.
