About The Position
Adena Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a medical-surgical role at Adena Greenfield. The Staff Nurse provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plans of care. As the primary caregiver, the nurse provides direct patient care and collaborates with care team members, physicians, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes. The role involves access to confidential patient information and independent decision-making as well as decision-making in collaboration with others. The nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. The position is full-time at 75% and works nights. The schedule alternates between two 12-hour shifts one week and three 12-hour shifts the next. The medical-surgical patient ratio is 1:5–6. Responsibilities
