Nurse Staff RN -ICU (60% Nights) Adena Fayette
About The Position
The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plans of care. As the primary caregiver, the nurse provides direct patient care and collaborates with other care team members, physicians, and patients and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role involves access to confidential patient information and independent decision-making as well as decision-making in collaboration with others. The nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. This part-time ICU position is based at Adena Fayette and is scheduled for two 12.5-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Every third weekend is required.
