About The Position

The Staff Development Coordinator (RN) at Brownsburg Meadows conducts education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The position also assists with new employee hiring and engages with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while advocating for growth and development within the company. An on-call rotation is required.

The coordinator supports education and employee development, encourages infection prevention practices, monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify educational opportunities, and helps create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents. The role collaborates toward shared goals and supports a respectful, positive work environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Hold an Indiana RN license or be able to obtain one.

• Ability to lead and motivate others to follow infection prevention practices.
• Ability to monitor, track, audit, and analyze data and trends.
