RN Staff Development Coordinator
About The Position
White Oak of Shelby is hiring a full-time Staff Development Coordinator - RN at its 160-bed skilled and rehabilitation facility in Shelby, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position requires an active North Carolina Registered Nurse license in good standing, leadership abilities, strong organization, and time-management skills. Teaching and long-term-care experience are preferred but not mandatory. The facility offers competitive wages based on experience and benefits beginning on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Requirements
