About The Position

Primary area(s) of coverage include Sandy Springs, Roswell, and Fulton County. Class Valuation, a leading nationwide Appraisal Management Company (AMC), offers an exclusive opportunity for certified appraisers to become W2 team members (employees). We are dedicated to creating efficient, transparent processes and pushing towards one-day appraisals, leveraging real relationships and real-time data to power credible loans and deliver consistent, accurate values.
Requirements
- Certified Residential or General Appraiser in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience.
- Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance.
- Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties.
- Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams.
Nice To Haves
- FHA Approved appraiser preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete market value residential property appraisals (traditional, hybrid, desktops).
- Ensure compliance with USPAP guidelines and federal/state laws.
- Manage data collection, verification, and analysis.
- Collaborate in a team environment to meet production and service goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high ethical standards.
- Stay proactive with status updates and communication.
- Participate in training and virtual conference calls as required.
