Requirements

• Hold an active Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing.
• Have a minimum of three years of residential appraisal experience.
• Be able to work independently and make sound valuation decisions.
• Have strong knowledge of local markets and residential property trends.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet performance expectations while maintaining consistent communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential property appraisals, including traditional, hybrid, and desktop assignments.
• Ensure compliance with USPAP requirements and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Collect, verify, and analyze market and property data.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and service goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain clear communication.
• Participate in required training sessions and virtual meetings.
