About The Position

The Sr Training Coordinator will be responsible for integrating training of separate sub-systems, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, logistics, engineering, production, transportation, maintenance, and logistics support for all products. This role involves coordinating all special training actions necessary to support the program's acquisition strategy, and conducting all necessary coordination between stakeholders to resolve training-related issues. The coordinator will assist the Program Director (PdM) in managing fielding/NET, Displaced Equipment Training (DET), delta training, New Software Training (NST), and de-fielding efforts. Additionally, the role requires scheduling, tracking, and coordinating PdM products via the Total Package Fielding (TPF) concept outlined in AR 700-142 to ensure all products are delivered, and providing data and briefings to PdM leadership as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of Training Coordination experience is required
• Certifications: CompTIA Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma
• Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree
