  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, A-CSM or equivalent certification.
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience in a software/AI engineering, hardware-software integration, or infrastructure environment, including experience leading multi-team, multi-site programs and mentoring other program/project managers.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments; comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools, including standing up or evolving these processes for a growing organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the largest, most complex programs in the organization — spanning multiple engineering disciplines, sites, and time zones — with competing priorities and significant ambiguity.
  • Strong technical background — you don't need to write production code, but you must be able to engage deeply with engineering directors on technical tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and delivery constraints, and be trusted to make judgment calls under ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to brief senior leadership (director/VP/CTO level) and tailor message and level of detail to the audience.
  • Proven track record of operating effectively in matrixed, global organizations with distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes), or GitOps (ArgoCD).

  • Experience standing up or scaling a TPM function or PMO from an early stage.
  • Background in building internal platform-as-a-product programs or developer self-service tooling at an organizational scale.
  • Experience partnering with hardware engineering teams at the leadership level — familiarity with NPD (New Product Development) processes, hardware-software integration, or embedded systems in connected/IoT products.
  • Experience in IoT, connected home, or cloud-native platform engineering environments is a plus.

  • Serve as the senior-most interface between business/product leadership and engineering directors on the organization's most complex, highest-risk commitments, translating contracts, growth targets, and customer deployments into engineering capacity plans and surfacing tradeoffs at the leadership level before they become misses.
  • Design, implement, and own the dashboards, cadences, KPIs, and reporting frameworks used to brief the CTO and senior leadership on portfolio health across the full engineering organization. Use data and pattern-recognition across programs to shape strategic decisions and organizational design.
  • Own the real-time view of capacity versus committed demand across Hardware, Platform/Cloud, and Eng Ops, and drive prioritization decisions at the director/VP level when demand conflicts across sites and disciplines.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of the organization's most strategic, highest-risk programs — including multi-site customer-facing deployments, new product launches, and operational scaling initiatives — and act as the escalation point when programs cross Oak Brook, Pune, and Taipei.
  • Set the standard for widely circulated plans and communications across the TPM function, driving consistency and clarity org wide. Influence directors and VPs, build consensus in the face of ambiguity, and coach other TPMs on stakeholder management.
