About The Position

V2Soft is hiring a Sr. Service Representative for Field Ops. The role performs a range of work-function duties, including driving trucks and vans, projects, equipment receiving, IMAC work orders, network projects, shipping, and inventory control. The representative researches equipment disposition and handling, maintains inventory records, conducts cycle counts, uses automated tools for daily assignments, and supports team members with research, analysis, and problem resolution. The position requires meeting service-level agreements for deliveries and shipments and managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as needed across truck and van driving, projects, equipment receiving, IMAC work orders, network projects, shipping, and inventory control.
• Research equipment disposition and determine appropriate handling, such as deinstallation, defective-item processing, retirement, or recovery.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory counts for assigned Stock IDs.
• Complete cycle counts as needed for the assigned area of responsibility.
• Use automated tools to perform daily assignments as determined by job function.
• Provide research, analysis, and problem resolution to team members.
• Meet established service-level agreements for delivery or shipment of orders.
• Handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously.
