•$90,000 - $100,000•Remote

About The Position

The Seller Experience Specialist owns the post-contract seller relationship in an assigned market and enables growth by leading seller onboarding, serving as the seller’s lifecycle point of contact, and proactively resolving problems. The specialist develops deep knowledge of the market, identifies and removes seller friction, and drives day-to-day execution through ownership and cross-functional influence. The role focuses on growing seller satisfaction and account value in accordance with RB Global’s Service Keys of Courtesy, Clarity, Efficiency, and All-In commitment. The specialist leads onboarding calls and expectation-setting, briefs internal teams at handoff, and remains connected with sellers throughout their lifecycle. They provide market and competitive context, conduct seller business reviews and goal-mapping discussions using health and CRM data, manage escalations, and share feedback with internal teams. They also identify expansion opportunities and support seller loyalty and retention through proactive engagement, training, and milestone recognition. The position is remote-compatible, but the candidate must reside in the assigned market and regularly be present at key accounts, sites, and team sessions. Travel of 20–30% is required for seller visits, regional events, and internal meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a market-facing relationship role.
  • Experience owning a book of accounts or a defined market end-to-end and serving as the single point of contact.
  • Fluency with Salesforce or equivalent customer-success tooling; Salesforce is required, while equivalent CS tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use health scores, usage signals, and market trends to inform seller conversations.
  • Track record of proactive partnership with sellers, rather than only responding to requests.
  • Must reside in the assigned market and be able to attend key accounts, sites, and team sessions in person.
  • Must be able to travel 20–30% for seller visits, regional events, and internal meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Share field feedback with Operations, Product, Training, and leadership to help prevent recurring seller issues.
  • Identify expansion signals such as usage growth, new equipment categories, or organizational change, and provide seller context to the Territory Manager.
  • Contribute field insight to the Seller Health Scorecard and support seller loyalty and retention through milestone recognition and proactive NPS check-ins.
  • Communicate directly with sellers about title issues, account escalations, and seller approvals.
  • Keep sellers enabled and connected through account training, tools and technology onboarding, and inclusion in relevant meetings.
  • Maintain a consistent, on-time seller check-in cadence and identify and hand off expansion opportunities.
