About The Position

SHEIN is seeking a full-time Seller Onboarding Specialist for its Los Angeles-based corporate office. The role manages onboarding for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace, coordinating with product, operations, and legal teams to ensure sellers meet requirements and standards. The specialist supports sellers through onboarding, monitors seller performance, analyzes performance and marketplace data, and improves onboarding processes and the seller experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
3–6+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer support; e-commerce experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Experience working with international teams is a plus.
E-commerce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process for new sellers on SHEIN Marketplace.
Coordinate with product, operations, and legal teams to ensure sellers meet requirements and standards.
Guide and support sellers during onboarding, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure they understand and follow SHEIN policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate seller performance against SHEIN standards and provide support to help sellers improve.
Analyze seller performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve seller performance and drive Marketplace growth.
Identify process improvements and implement changes to streamline onboarding and improve the seller experience.
