About The Position

The Onboarding Specialist validates and processes onboarding data in the HRIS for employees of assigned Communities. The role also handles other data validation, processing, and auditing related to deductions, transfers, terminations, status changes, increases, and other items as needed. The specialist provides exceptional customer service to Communities and their staff, maintains accurate employee records in the HRIS, and ensures records comply with federal and state requirements and internal HR policies. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity in Beachwood, Ohio.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Two or more years of payroll processing and/or HR-related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Ability to work within an HRIS.

Responsibilities

Validate and process onboarding data in the HRIS for employees of assigned Communities.
Validate, process, and audit data related to deductions, transfers, terminations, status changes, increases, and other items as needed.
Provide customer service to Communities and their staff.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS in accordance with federal and state requirements and internal HR policies.
