About The Position

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of a guest's visit to the resort, including booking spa services, dining, in-room amenities, transportation, cabanas, and hotel rooms. The Executive Host will also establish casino credit, oversee folio check-out, and cultivate patrons with incremental spend. A key part of the role involves assisting international clientele and interacting with players both in person and through various communication channels. The position requires providing feedback to leadership regarding guest experiences and adhering to company policies, including Title 31 compliance. The role also involves obtaining and maintaining necessary licensing and using personal devices for job-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong existing following of mass premium and high-end patrons.
  • Minimum 3 years working in a large, luxury resort setting.
  • Minimum 3 years Resort Marketing or premium customer hosting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the guest’s visit (book spa, dining, in-room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, hotel rooms, establish casino credit, oversee folio check-out, etc.) for guests.
  • Cultivate and identify patrons with incremental spend throughout the resort.
  • Assist international clientele.
  • Interact with players in person on property, as well as via telephone, e-mail, text message, and written correspondence.
  • Provide information to team and property leadership related to guest feedback, suggestions, concerns or issues.
  • Adhere with Resorts World Las Vegas policies and procedures as well as Title 31 compliance requirements.
  • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
