About The Position

Apple is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two Country Directors in a fast-paced, international environment. The role is based in Riyadh and requires Saudi nationality. It supports the Riyadh-based Country Director directly and in person, and provides remote support to the Dubai-based Country Director, who covers Africa and parts of the Middle East. The role reports jointly to both directors and includes periodic travel to Dubai. The Executive Assistant manages complex calendars, international travel, and event logistics for both leaders, balancing competing priorities across locations and time zones. The role collaborates regularly with Apple executive assistants in Dubai, Istanbul, and London; coordinates facilities, vendors, and expenses; organizes meetings, offsites, staff meetings, leadership sessions, and company-wide events; and supports visiting colleagues and executives. It also prepares meeting materials and presentations, coordinates in-person and virtual communications—including daily video or conference calls with the Dubai-based director—and handles sensitive information discreetly.

  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Substantial experience in high-level, complex administration at a senior level.
  • Experience supporting more than one senior leader simultaneously and prioritizing competing demands with sound judgment.

  • Excellent networking skills with business partners and stakeholders in central teams.
  • Regional awareness relevant to Saudi Arabia, Africa, and the Levant, including business culture, time zones, and logistics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, remain calm under pressure, and work within ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and conflicting situations diplomatically.
  • Demonstrated initiative, anticipation of needs, and independent, sound judgment.
  • Ability to influence others, manage conflict appropriately, and know when to delegate issues upward.
  • Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.
  • Proven experience creating spreadsheets and composing or creating content, texts, and special reports.
  • Required skills in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
  • Patience, positivity, self-motivation, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
