About The Position

The Grid Software Project Manager leads customer-facing software solution projects from initiation through acceptance and transition. The role translates customer and business commitments into disciplined execution and measurable outcomes, coordinating customers, delivery teams, partners, and supporting functions. It owns delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, governance, customer value, and project financial health. The Project Manager serves as the primary delivery contact and leads matrixed, cross-functional teams. The role establishes project objectives, requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, plans, governance, and decision rights; manages changes, schedules, finances, risks, and issues; and provides accurate reporting and executive updates. It applies Lean, Agile, hybrid, or predictive practices suited to each engagement, and supports quality, customer acceptance, implementation, and transition to customer operations and support. Success is measured by customer outcomes, adoption, confidence, and satisfaction; predictable delivery against approved baselines; accurate forecasts and sound margin, billing, and cash-flow management; proactive handling of risks and decisions; and consistent governance, transparent reporting, collaboration, continuous improvement, and reuse of delivery practices. Travel is approximately 5–20% based on project and customer needs, with regional mobility required to support customer sites and delivery activities across the assigned region.
