About The Position

The Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain and Merchandising Systems, leads complex, multi-year business and technology transformations across supply chain, distribution, transportation, merchandising, and enterprise platforms. The role owns integrated planning, financial governance, dependency management, risk management, operational readiness, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution. This is a hands-on, AI-enabled program leadership role. The Senior Program Manager designs and uses agent-assisted workflows to collect and synthesize delivery information, maintain risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, identify schedule and financial variance, prepare decision briefs and executive reporting, monitor commitments, and support scenario-based planning. The role determines which activities can be delegated to agents, which should use deterministic automation, and which decisions must remain human-owned.
