Supply Chain Systems and Processes Manager
About The Position
The Supply Chain Systems and Processes Manager leads the optimization and integration of supply chain systems so that technology, data, and processes work seamlessly across the organization. The role partners with cross-functional teams to improve system capabilities, streamline processes, resolve system issues, and increase efficiency across supply chain operations. The manager leads supply chain system implementations and integrations, particularly for planning, logistics, and ERP solutions, and drives deployment and continuous improvement of Kinaxis (Maestro) across North America. The role works with Supply Chain, IT, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to align technology solutions with business needs and best practices. It also standardizes and optimizes supply chain processes, improves workflows and system utilization, and supports system projects and change management from design and implementation through integration and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, information systems, and/or general business.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, material management, and/or distribution.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and other supply chain management software.
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain system implementations and integrations, focusing on planning, logistics, and ERP solutions.
- Drive the deployment and continuous improvement of Kinaxis (Maestro) across North America to improve planning and efficiency.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IT, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to align technology solutions with business needs and best practices.
- Standardize and optimize supply chain processes, workflows, system utilization, and operational effectiveness.
- Support system projects and change management initiatives from design and implementation through integration and ongoing optimization.
- Improve system capabilities, streamline processes, resolve system issues, and drive efficiency across supply chain operations.
