About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager for the Recon Solutions and Services release train at Cox Automotive, you will own a significant area of the One Recon platform. One Recon is a unified technology hub intended to consolidate legacy recon tools and manual processes into a seamless experience for Manheim auction sites and their reconditioning operations. You will set direction for your product area within the broader platform vision and translate organizational objectives and operational insight into a prioritized, outcomes-driven roadmap. You will lead discovery and definition for complex epics and features, align engineering, UX, architecture, and operations partners around shared goals, and represent your area in cross-functional forums. The role spans product strategy, discovery, stakeholder engagement, go-to-market execution, and performance measurement. You will also share product practices with other PMs and provide informal coaching. The position calls for strong platform thinking, a working understanding of APIs and integrations, and the ability to balance strategic clarity with hands-on delivery accountability. The role is hybrid, with the ability to work remotely part of the week, and requires travel 15% of the time. The work shift is day shift. Compensation includes a base salary of $101,500 to $169,100, which may vary based on location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also be eligible for an incentive program.
