The Leadership Conference is seeking a Sr. People & Culture Associate to join our People & Culture (P&C) Department. Reporting to the Director, Talent & Learning Development, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting the full spectrum of talent management functions. This person is a highly motivated and skilled administrator, with exceptional prioritization and implementation skills; can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; and demonstrates diligent follow-through. This position is an individual contributor and is not a part of the collective bargaining unit. In this role, the Senior Associate will support recruitment and onboarding and provide full support for the organization’s internship program. The Associate will also contribute and assist the larger team with special projects related to modernizing and streamlining processes, building capacity, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
