The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is the premier coalition of over 240 national organizations dedicated to promoting and protecting civil and human rights in America. Since 1957, it has coordinated federal strategy and action, including national lobbying and regulatory efforts, for every major civil rights law. The Leadership Conference Education Fund, its 501(c)(3) arm, builds public will for federal civil rights policies through various campaigns. This role is for a Sr. People & Culture Associate to join the People & Culture (P&C) Department, reporting to the Director, Talent & Learning Development. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the full spectrum of talent management functions, be highly motivated and skilled, possess exceptional prioritization and implementation skills, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and demonstrate diligent follow-through. This is an individual contributor role and is not part of the collective bargaining unit.
