About The Position

The team consists of creative problem-solvers dedicated to making the world a better place. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming and efficient workplace, supporting employees throughout their journey, managing daily office operations, improving internal communications, and owning employee engagement initiatives from beginning to end. The position also provides essential, ad-hoc support to the People Team.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in office management, People OPs, HR, or similar roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with HR processes and providing generalist support

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment pipeline from job posting to offer
  • Coordinate and screen candidates
  • Schedule interviews
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including I-9 documentation and 30/60/90-day new hire check-ins
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees by gathering feedback
  • Manage the HR inbox and handle requests like employment verification and unemployment claims
  • Execute a seamless offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews
  • Process all necessary terminations and paperwork, including using Rippling for administrative tasks
  • Oversee all daily office functions, including managing vendors, mail, catering, and the office budget
  • Order and stock all necessary supplies
  • Own and manage all internal company messaging
  • Maintain the company's internal hub
  • Develop a monthly newsletter to share key updates, events, and holidays
  • Plan and execute engagement activities such as happy hours and offsite events
  • Manage the "Values in Action" program, streamlining the nomination process
  • Handle weekly birthday and monthly anniversary shout-outs to celebrate employee milestones
  • Run and analyze people analytics reports to inform HR strategy and provide insights on key trends
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Manage all aspects of employee leave of absences
  • Provide broad administrative support across all People Operations functions
