The People & Culture Generalist is an essential member of the People & Culture Department, responsible for supporting the daily operations of the team while delivering a high level of service to our employees and leadership team. The People & Culture Generalist plays an integral part in supporting employee relations, internal communications, daily operations, and administrative duties, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role will maintain multiple spreadsheets and databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date information. Additionally, the People & Culture Generalist will support hiring processes, onboarding, and learning and development as needed. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times.
