About The Position

Sr Mobile Experts are highly capable retail experts focused on delivering best-in-class customer service. In T-Mobile company-owned Experience stores, they attract new customers and provide a high level of service to existing customers. They use store systems and tools to address customer needs from research through resolution, and work with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to resolve customer pain points. The role includes curated training and ongoing development, within a team-based culture that recognizes contributions to customer experience and store results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Required skills: communication, critical thinking, customer service, multitasking, product knowledge, sales, task management, teamwork orientation, and troubleshooting.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 12 or more months of experience as a Neighborhood Mobile Expert.
• Experience as an Elite Expert in Account Care.
• Experience as an Elite Expert in Technical Care.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain and develop knowledge and skills as a subject matter expert in T-Mobile products and services.
• Consistently leverage digital tools in customer interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the team to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service.
