About The Position

The Senior Manager, Data & AI Transformation will lead the definition and delivery of AI-powered data and analytics solutions that transform how employees access information, generate insights, and make decisions across the markets and global business functions. Working closely with business stakeholders, markets, and engineering teams, this role will identify business opportunities, define requirements, and translate them into scalable AI and data solutions. Reporting to the Director, Data & AI Transformation, this leader will help drive enterprise data standardization, champion adoption of modern AI capabilities, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting skills with deep technical knowledge of AI and data platforms, enabling them to bridge business challenges with practical technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguity
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong business partnerships
  • Comfortable working across both business and technical teams to accelerate solution delivery
  • 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital solutions
  • Experience implementing AI, analytics, or data products in partnership with business and engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, analytics, and modern AI technologies
  • Experience facilitating requirements gathering, solution design, and cross-functional delivery
  • Experience working with agile product and engineering teams
  • Familiarity with data governance, enterprise data standards, and semantic modeling
  • Experience leading projects or small teams within complex organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Comp Sci, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize AI-powered analytics use cases that deliver measurable business value
  • Translate business needs into clear business requirements, user stories, and technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to design and deliver scalable AI and data solutions
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, and decision-making workflows
  • Support development and execution of the Data & AI roadmap by managing delivery of key initiatives and product enhancements
  • Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing project plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Mentor analysts and business leads while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team environment
