Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and execution discipline with the ability to translate complex AI opportunities into structured business cases, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver clear executive communication in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- 6–10 years in strategy, transformation, operations, consulting, program management, or related roles, with proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, building business cases, managing portfolios, and working with senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise AI operating model—bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to how AI initiatives are prioritized, tracked, and delivered across the organization
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to uncover high-impact AI opportunities and translate ideas into actionable, value-driven programs
- Build and manage a dynamic portfolio of AI initiatives, providing clear insights into priorities, risks, progress, and business impact
- Shape how AI ideas become reality—designing streamlined intake, governance, and approval processes that accelerate execution
- Influence strategic decision-making by helping leadership evaluate AI investments based on business value, feasibility, and speed to impact
- Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by enabling teams with tools, frameworks, and practical guidance that enhance productivity and innovation
