About The Position

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. This role involves aligning executive vision with measurable outcomes, orchestrating cross-functional delivery, and building mechanisms to sustain long-term transformation. The Transformation Manager will analyze business workflows, performance trends, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires leading and managing cross-functional teams to drive performance, engagement, and collaboration, while also meeting timelines, working under pressure, and managing multiple priorities. The role also involves proactively identifying operational risks, implementing mitigation plans, and refining operational strategies to enhance productivity. Staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices is crucial, as is translating vision into executable plans with value-tracking mechanisms. The individual will work independently and/or lead teams in analyzing and resolving complex issues.

Requirements

  • Masters’ in STEM related field from an accredited institution with 10 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / projects.
  • Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense- related or other complex, large DoD program / projects.
  • PMP Certification
  • Acceptable alternative: At Least 10 years of Government Program Management Experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projects & have at least 2 years of working with projects in support of the DOW SAFe Agile
  • Must possess the ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
