About The Position

This is a Transformation Project Manager role at Pax8, a fast-growing, AI-first organization. The Transformation Project Manager will partner with leaders across the business to deliver critical initiatives, improve operational excellence, and help teams navigate change. This role offers exposure to global stakeholders, emerging technologies, and high-impact programs that influence how Pax8 scales for the future. The position is remote and based in the United States.

Requirements

Proven capability delivering complex projects, operational initiatives, or transformation programs
Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical, operational, and executive audiences
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies
Confidence navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving progress in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical and solutions-focused approach
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on commitments
Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to influence outcomes, facilitate discussions, and create alignment among stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
Must hold valid right to work in United States

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across operational teams and business functions
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, priorities, and success measures
Build and maintain project plans, governance structures, milestones, and reporting frameworks
Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles early while driving effective resolutions
Communicate project progress, timelines, and outcomes clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
Champion process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, consistency, and business value
Coordinate work across multiple teams, regions, and disciplines to ensure successful execution
Support planning activities related to business capacity, resource allocation, and operational readiness
Maintain strong project controls while adapting plans as priorities and business needs evolve
