Requirements

  • Proven capability delivering complex projects, operational initiatives, or transformation programs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical, operational, and executive audiences
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and driving progress in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on commitments
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to influence outcomes, facilitate discussions, and create alignment among stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Valid right to work in United States

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across operational teams and business functions
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to define objectives, scope, priorities, and success measures
  • Build and maintain project plans, governance structures, milestones, and reporting frameworks
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles early while driving effective resolutions
  • Communicate project progress, timelines, and outcomes clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Champion process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, consistency, and business value
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams, regions, and disciplines to ensure successful execution
  • Support planning activities related to business capacity, resource allocation, and operational readiness
  • Maintain strong project controls while adapting plans as priorities and business needs evolve
