Sr. Manager, Digital Product - Partner Channel Scheduling

CVS Health•Washington, DC
•$118,450 - $236,900•Remote

About The Position

Signify Health is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to shape and deliver its partner channel scheduling product vision. The role owns the roadmap for capabilities that enable external partners to schedule In-Home Evaluations (IHEs) for members during health plan enrollment or benefit activation. The product should support partner onboarding through configuration on Signify’s shared scheduling platform rather than through custom builds or partner-specific systems. The role collaborates with engineering, analytics, design, operations, client success, partnerships, external channel partners, and health plan clients. It develops partner scheduling capabilities across agent-assisted and self-service experiences, APIs, and an embeddable SDK with single sign-on. The position also supports partner onboarding, integration launches, reporting, and the transition of mature capabilities to core scheduling teams. The successful candidate will develop product strategy and roadmaps, establish measurable value and KPIs, research user and partner needs, coordinate dependencies and timelines, and communicate product decisions and value to stakeholders. The role requires an understanding of healthcare and the Medicare Advantage distribution ecosystem. It is remote within the United States and requires some travel. The position reports to the Lead Director of Scheduling and Planning Excellence.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years of product experience.
  • Ability to audit complex technical architectures, identify system bottlenecks, and launch simplified, scalable products, including external partner APIs or integrations, that improve operational efficiency or customer satisfaction.
  • Track record of delivering products and ensuring customer and partner success.
  • 5 to 7 years of stakeholder management experience, including articulating organizational value to executives and presenting roadmap or backlog value using data, KPIs, or expected financial results.
  • Prior performance improvement or program management experience.
  • At least 2 years working directly with external partners or clients to align scope, technical requirements, timelines, and success metrics across organizations.
  • At least 2 years conducting user research, field observations, or interviews to develop structured problem statements, user personas, and journey maps that inform product backlog priorities.
  • At least 5 years collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources to develop conclusions and recommendations; ability to lead data gathering when needed using SQL and Python.
  • Experience in ambiguous, fast-paced, or 0-to-1 product environments, with a record of establishing product processes, setting KPIs, and driving delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building platform, API, or SDK products for external partners or developers, including partner onboarding, versioning, and developer documentation.
  • Experience delivering embedded or white-label experiences in third-party apps or portals, including SSO identity hand-offs using SAML or OAuth and member identity matching.
  • Experience building scheduling, booking, or marketplace products, including appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and household bookings, and understanding their effect on completion rates.
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage distribution channels, such as broker enrollment platforms, supplemental benefits or OTC and flex card platforms, and PBM or health plan call centers.
  • Experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as US healthcare, logistics, or finance, and ability to navigate compliance, regulatory, or multi-stakeholder constraints.
  • Experience establishing a new capability with a dedicated team and transitioning it to a core platform team for long-term ownership using configuration-driven patterns rather than one-off custom builds.

Responsibilities

  • Own Signify’s partner channel scheduling product roadmap, building configurable capabilities on the core scheduling platform so external partners can schedule In-Home Evaluations for members.
  • Define and execute product strategy for agent-assisted and self-scheduling capabilities, prioritizing key partners and integration opportunities.
  • Expand partner scheduling APIs to support appointment booking, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Extend agent-assisted scheduling to PBM and health plan call centers, including identifying members to offer visits to within representatives’ existing tools.
  • Define and launch an embeddable scheduling SDK with an SSO hand-off, enabling members to book without leaving a partner app, and package it as a reusable toolkit.
  • Support smaller-volume partners using Signify’s self-service scheduling page, including partner onboarding and coordination on self-serve rescheduling; identify when partner volume warrants deeper integration.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, operations, and client success to keep integrations on one shared scheduling platform and provide partners with booking and completion reporting.
  • Communicate complex concepts to influence leaders, peers, partners, and stakeholders and support decisions or changes in approach.
  • Identify user, partner, and business needs; recommend solutions; lead tradeoff discussions and negotiate with internal teams, partners, and clients to achieve roadmap objectives.
  • Develop a product vision and short- and long-term roadmap with value definitions, measurable milestones, and a plan to transition mature capabilities to core scheduling teams.
  • Observe and interview brokers, call center representatives, partner product teams, and members; synthesize feedback into defined problem statements.
  • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage expectations across internal teams, partners, and health plan clients during onboarding and launch.
  • Understand business strategy and develop and measure KPIs for partner pitch rate, booking rate, completed visit rate, incremental completed visits, and time to onboard partners.
  • Track healthcare industry and Medicare Advantage distribution ecosystem trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
