DFW Airport Sr. Lead Cabin Cleaner - AM
About The Position
The Sr. Lead Cabin Cleaner ensures facility operations follow policies and procedures and coordinates daily operations by delegating assignments and guiding team members. The Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present and demonstrates established standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with general janitorial duties as needed. The position is based at DFW Airport in Irving, Texas. AM shifts are available, with listed schedules of 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., or 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; flexibility with start time is required. Weekends are included. The hourly wage is $17.50, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice To Haves
- One year of similar work experience.
- One year of customer service experience.
- One year of lead or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed, and report barriers.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members.
- Maintain open communication between field employees and management, and monitor and document client communications.
- Assist with preparing daily and weekly work schedules.
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
- Manage keys and access cards for the property.
- Report damaged, broken, or out-of-service features and items.
- Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building.
- Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
- Train new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
- Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
- Complete any additional certifications or trainings needed for the site type.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
