DFW Airport Cabin Cleaner - Overnight
About The Position
ABM is hiring a reliable Cabin Cleaner to clean and sanitize aircraft interiors between flights, helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. The role involves cleaning and restocking cabin areas, removing trash, and complying with aviation safety and security protocols. No experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The position is at DFW Airport in Irving, Texas, on an overnight shift that includes weekends. Listed schedules are 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. or 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with mandatory overtime. The hourly wage is $15.75, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to communicate using basic English.
- No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
Nice To Haves
- One year of similar work experience.
- Previous aviation, aircraft appearance, or cleaning experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, tray tables, overhead bins, and lavatories.
- Vacuum carpets and wipe down hard surfaces.
- Remove trash and debris from seat pockets and floors.
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and seat pocket items.
- Follow airline and TSA safety and security procedures.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently within tight turnaround times between flights.
