Sr. IT Product Manager

Nature's Sunshine Products•Lehi, UT

About The Position

The Sr. IT Product Manager owns the product strategy and roadmap for Nature's Sunshine's consultant-facing applications, including back-office tools, the mobile app, and compensation. The role partners with senior engineering, business, and IT leadership to define requirements and success metrics, make prioritization trade-offs across competing initiatives, and drive consultant-facing products from concept through launch and adoption. The role leads product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch planning, and lifecycle management. It collaborates with engineering, design, QA, sales, marketing, consultant support, and regional teams; communicates decisions and delivery status to executive stakeholders; mentors product managers; and tracks adoption, usage, satisfaction, and business impact.
