About The Position

CLEAResult is seeking an IT Product Manager to help own the technology platform behind its energy efficiency programs, with an initial focus on field services technology—including scheduling, routing, work order management, and field tools used by contractors on site. The role will help define and bring to market a CLEAResult-built solution that fits within the broader platform. The Product Manager will work with other product managers and senior product leaders, learning the needs of operations, quality assurance, and field teams and turning them into requirements, prototypes, and delivered products. The role also partners with product development, marketing, and growth teams to bring products to market. The initial focus is work order management and field tools, with opportunities to take on additional product areas over time. The role owns product vision, strategy, and roadmap; leads discovery and requirements workshops; defines product options and tradeoffs; and partners with engineering, design, IT, technology vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions. It defines and tracks success metrics, supports migration planning across existing tools, maintains product quality and platform consistency, and follows established change and release management practices. CLEAResult describes its culture as people-first, built on trust, accountability, and transparency, and committed to respect and equal opportunity. The position requires authorization to work in the country where it is located without employer sponsorship or support, and successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
