Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk (Remote)

About The Position
We’re seeking a Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk to guide how Rula grows. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and develop strategic forecasting of complex deals. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience directly related to transactional finance, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong command of financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to cross-functional and executive audiences
- Health care industry or relevant consulting experience
Nice To Haves
- MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
- Experience with contracting vehicles, payor dynamics, EAP, or value-based models
- Background in a high-growth, marketplace environment, or scaling company
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or GTM teams
