About The Position
This position supports the development of divisional strategies, identifies tools to assess and track strategic opportunities, and provides end-to-end report development. The role interfaces with internal business, technical, and analytical teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes, and supports a governance structure for evaluating strategic opportunities. The position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in the healthcare industry or consulting; or a master’s/professional degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or 7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to accept direction and feedback.
- Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
- Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
- Experience interacting with staff and management across multiple departments and organizational levels.
- Presentation and group facilitation experience.
- PC proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, including strong Excel skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
