About The Position

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable results for its provider-facing software portfolio. The portfolio includes web-based provider experiences, platform and services, care management solutions, and interoperability. The role balances improving the software providers rely on today with building the next generation of the platform, while making evidence-based sequencing and investment decisions. The Senior Director will shape a modern, modular provider platform that supports clinical workflows across care settings. This includes integrating Dexcom insights into electronic health record systems, developing clinical decision support and therapy optimization tools, and supporting population health capabilities. The role also determines the portfolio’s build, buy, and partner strategy; leads resourcing decisions; and ensures product outcomes such as provider adoption, prescriber growth, workflow efficiency, and results are measured and delivered. The position leads and grows a multi-layered product organization, embeds modern product practices, and represents Provider Solutions in executive forums. It works closely with R&D and Engineering, Design, Medical Affairs, Quality and Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, and international teams, while maintaining direct engagement with clinicians, care teams, and health system stakeholders. The primary work location is a home office, with no assigned workstation; office visit needs are determined with the manager. The employee must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site, typically 75 miles/120 km. Travel required is 25–50%.
