Sr. Director, Product Management - Associate Experience: Support Innovation
About The Position
Capital One is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Support Innovation within its Associate Experience product team. The role focuses on connecting Capital One employees, referred to as Associates, with simple-to-use, digitally enriched experiences that improve their employee experience. The Product Lead will use AI and emerging technologies to transform IT support for Capital One’s workforce of more than 100,000 people. The successful candidate will lead product managers and design partners and set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Support Innovation domain. They will drive modern technology solutions across the enterprise and partner with senior engineering, design, and other cross-functional leaders to turn complex technology into intuitive, effective experiences for Associates. Capital One expects product leaders to demonstrate human-centered thinking, business focus, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of Product Management experience.

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Support Innovation product domain and its product managers and design partners.
- Set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Support Innovation.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform the IT support experience for Capital One’s workforce.
- Drive modern technology solutions across the enterprise.
- Partner with senior engineering, design, and other cross-functional leaders to translate complex technology into intuitive experiences for Associates.
- Focus on internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions.
- Deliver business outcomes through leverage and execution excellence.
- Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
