About The Position

Capital One Product Management is focused on reimagining the status quo, finding value-creation opportunities, and driving innovative, sustainable customer experiences through technology. The Sr. Director, Product Management will apply Capital One’s Product Framework, which comprises five areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

The role is based in Richmond, Virginia; New York, New York; or McLean, Virginia, with salary ranges varying by location. The position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
