About The Position

  • Comfort with data analytics and familiarity with AI/ML; uses AI in their own work.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution, including unblocking sprint-level work.
  • Strong agile/Scrum and backlog management practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and data concepts as clear executive narratives.
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to build trust and credibility with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and driving operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain expertise in areas such as developer platforms, marketing technology, customer success, or public sector.
  • Experience managing global teams across time zones.
  • Prior experience as an engineer or engineering leader.

Responsibilities

  • Define a multi-year product vision, sequenced roadmap, and investment priorities, including decisions about what to build, buy, improve, or retire.
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through adoption, including requirements, business justification, backlog ownership, and success metrics.
  • Build customer relationships through interviews, advisory boards, telemetry, and research; identify friction, validate solutions, and close the feedback loop.
  • Coordinate engineering, UX, data science, security, legal, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver multiple complex initiatives on time and at quality.
  • Drive alignment and investment with VP- and SVP-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment, often without direct authority.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and agents to products and team practices; prototype, evaluate, and deliver reliable solutions.
  • Set baselines and metrics for adoption, quality, and business impact; use data to prioritize and validate work.
