About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as Sr. Director of Clinical Services in San Antonio Castle Hills. The role supports the company’s mission to provide compassionate ABA therapy and improve outcomes for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The organization operates more than 100 centers across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland.

The company offers customized virtual orientation, six weeks of ongoing training, continued clinical training, and automated clinical tools. BCBAs can access centralized home-office support for intake, hiring, training, authorizations, and billing, as well as career advancement and professional development opportunities. Compensation is $84,500–$95,000, with monthly clinical bonuses paid quarterly. The package also includes 20 days of PTO, seven paid holidays, and a range of health, financial, and wellness benefits.
