About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as Senior Director of Clinical Services at its Windsor Forest Treatment Center. The role supports the company’s mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy and improve outcomes for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The company offers a customized virtual orientation, six weeks of ongoing training, continued professional development, and centralized home-office support for functions including intake, hiring, training, authorizations, and billing.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Benefits
- Salary of $100,000–$122,000.
- 20 days of paid time off and 7 paid holidays.
