About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as Senior Director of Clinical Services in McKinney, Texas. The organization provides center-based ABA therapy and serves children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. The role is part of a collaborative clinical team focused on compassionate care and clinical excellence. New BCBAs receive customized virtual orientation and six weeks of ongoing training, along with access to centralized home-office support and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
