About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as Senior Director of Clinical Services in Waldorf, Maryland. The role supports the organization’s mission to provide compassionate ABA therapy and improve outcomes for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The position is based in a new, state-of-the-art center and includes customized virtual orientation, six weeks of ongoing training, continued clinical development, and centralized home-office support for functions such as intake, hiring, training, authorizations, and billing.

Behavioral Innovations describes itself as a family-oriented provider with more than 25 years of experience and a network of centers serving children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years. Compensation is listed at $99,500–$112,500, with potential bonuses and relocation assistance subject to eligibility or qualifications.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
