We are seeking a strong and dynamic Sr. Director, Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) to lead the DTC team for the Outdoor Performance platform and shape the digital future of some of the industry’s most respected performance gear brands. This leader will define and champion a unified DTC vision that elevates how consumers discover, engage with, and purchase our products across every digital touchpoint. The role is central to building a connected, insight‑driven digital ecosystem—leading the DTC team while driving close, in‑person collaboration with cross‑functional platform leaders to deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences. The Sr. Director will strengthen customer connectivity across brands, execute against the Outdoor Performance DTC strategy, and build a clear and scalable roadmap for growth. This includes optimizing the digital commerce engine, elevating marketing performance, and ensuring every online interaction delivers an exceptional experience aligned with our outdoor ethos. This role offers both the opportunity and expectation to redefine digital experiences for outdoor performance consumers. The ideal candidate combines broad strategic vision with executional excellence—assessing where the business stands today, envisioning what our digital presence can become, and leading the evolution of best‑in‑class eCommerce experiences and innovative digital store formats. They will advance our digital revenue engine in a digital‑first, consumer‑first manner that drives consistency, excellence, and impact across the entire DTC channel. This position reports to the President, Outdoor Performance, and is based onsite in Bozeman, MT.
