We’re seeking a highly strategic leader to join our team as Senior Director, Consumer Insights, in our Versant enterprise and growth area. In this role, you'll serve as a critical thought partner to executive leadership, using custom research, third-party data, and innovative analytics to drive business strategy, unlock growth opportunities, and inform decisions across the organization. The enterprise and growth vertical of Versant is focused on long-term corporate planning, growing ad sales and strategic partnerships, distribution strategy and optimization, Versant enterprise synergies, changes in how consumer spend time and money, and emerging behaviors and new markets. This group helps Versant envision what direction(s) to go as a total portfolio, and how to invest and grow. You’ll lead and grow a talented team of four focused on uncovering trends in audience behavior, platform engagement, and revenue drivers across our digital and linear ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a seasoned self-starter with a proactive mindset — able to identify opportunities, prioritize high-impact work, and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment, turning data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that move the business forward.
