Are you ready to turn consumer insights into real-world impact? We’re looking for a Sr Consumer Insights Analyst to become the go-to expert on foodservice insights. You’ll help shape the future of our pizza and Asian product portfolio, translating consumer behavior and operator needs into strategies that drive growth. From product innovation to sales strategy, your insights will directly influence decisions across the business. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales and R&D to uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and bring clarity to where we go next. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and 5+ years in consumer insights or market research, (B2B or foodservice experience a plus)
  • Foundation in quant and qual research methodologies
  • Strong data fluency, including experience using syndicated tools to uncover insights
  • Adept at interpreting, synthesizing, and connecting data from multiple sources into a clear point of view
  • Skilled at using insights to craft compelling narratives that influence decisions
  • Present insights clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences
  • Proactive and able to create structure and direction when the path isn’t defined
  • Willing to challenge assumptions and approach problems from new angles
  • Growth mindset and looking to continuously build skills and influence

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the consumer and operator
  • Build a deep understanding of foodservice trends, consumer habits, and operator dynamics.
  • Connect macro trends to real-world behavior and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategy.
  • Drive innovation and growth
  • Partner cross-functionally and with external agencies to inform product development and portfolio strategy.
  • Integrate research, culinary trends, and secondary data to identify opportunities across products and channels.
  • Lead insights and uncover what’s next
  • Design, execute and synthesize research that fuels marketing, innovation, and sales.
  • Stay ahead of emerging category and consumer trends across retail and foodservice, proactively identifying areas for growth.
  • Influence action across the business
  • Deliver compelling, story-driven insights that drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn insights into action, from innovation pipelines to selling stories.

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
  • The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
