Job Summary The Consumer Insights Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that enhance the understanding of customer preferences, behaviors, and market trends. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research studies, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, user analytics, and market research, to identify trends and patterns.
  • Assist in the development of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools to gather relevant consumer information.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer feedback, reviews, and social media sentiment to uncover insights into customer preferences and satisfaction.
  • Present findings and insights through clear and compelling reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Menu Strategy, Operations, Digital Customer Experience, and Enterprise Strategy, to integrate consumer insights into decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform research strategies and methodologies.
  • Support the evaluation of new research tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Consumer Insights function.
